
Self-Drive from Seattle through Olympic National Park and Mount Rainier
Begin with a night in Seattle before travelling across Puget Sound to the Olympic Peninsula. Spend two nights in Port Angeles, the ideal base for visiting Hurricane Ridge, Lake Crescent and the northern section of Olympic National Park.
Continue west to Forks, surrounded by temperate rainforest and the wild beaches of Washington’s Pacific Coast. Your route then follows the western side of the Olympic Peninsula through the Hoh Rain Forest and Lake Quinault before reaching Olympia, Washington State’s capital.
From Olympia, travel to Mount Rainier National Park and experience the forests, waterfalls and mountain scenery surrounding one of America’s most impressive peaks. Finish with two nights in Seattle, giving you a complete day to discover the city.
